New Bathroom Build & Multi-Room Remodel

Project Year: 2026
Project Cost: $100k-$125k

Working within a limited budget, this project focused on renovating the master bathroom and kitchen, along with adding a new basement bathroom and modifying space for a kitchenette. Strategic layout changes—such as removing a bulkhead in the master bath—improved accessibility for a resident using a walker, while coordination with a third-party flooring contractor ensured the broader project stayed aligned and efficient.

A key challenge involved identifying a cost-effective plumbing solution for the new basement bathroom. Through creative problem-solving, we were able to meet functional needs without excessive expense. In the kitchen, we maximized impact by replacing cabinet doors and refinishing existing cabinetry, achieving a refreshed aesthetic without the cost of a full replacement. Throughout the project, we maintained flexibility and clear communication to keep everything moving smoothly.

By prioritizing the client’s key success drivers of budget and aesthetics, we were able to engineer value into the project while still delivering meaningful upgrades across the home. Each decision was driven by maximizing quality and visual impact within financial constraints, resulting in a more functional, attractive living space. The project was completed under budget, providing a strong return on investment while meeting the evolving needs of the household.
