All I can really say, is WOW! What an amazing transformation. The work is exceptional and beyond what I imagined. So, so glad we chose them to do our remodeling and they did 4 projects in our house. Very professional. Communication was a key in this project. The response time for everything and anything was quick.  They addressed any concerns we had. They worked with what we had mind for a budget and they did an excellent job. They really work with you and it was a great connection with them. We live in over a 100 year home and interviewed 5-6 contractors before deciding on Brad and Ross. This project was complicated due to the age and history of our home. Plus we had a budget in mind that we needed to stay within 3-5 percent of. After meeting with Ross and Brad we immediately knew they were the guys for the job. They are folks of integrity, good will and are attentive from day one-completion. Ross is the project manager and communicates daily and is extremely organized, attentive and walked us through every step along the way. He was patient through all my anxious questions and made this as painless as humanly possible. Any issue, complication was always communicated and collaborated on. He was honest about our ideas and the budget. Brad is a master builder! Our remodel exceeded our expectations and our home feels complete for now. Our space is beautiful, open and has reenergized our entire family. Brad came up with the most creative ideas while honoring the budget and our vision. He communicated any change, issue and offered creative/beautiful solutions. Had a great experience using Brad Pipe Remodeling for a 2 bedroom addition over our existing attached garage. Our project was completed on time and on budget. I called to inquiry about needing some repair work completed to old bathroom tiles and grout issues. After speaking with Ross he determined that my project scope was probably not that best match for Brad Pipe Remodeling. However, he was so kind and quick to still look over the repairs I needed and referred me to another tile restoration company he has worked with and thought would be a better fit for the project I want completed. He went above and beyond to provide me recommendations and a level of customer service you don't often see in this industry. We hired Brad Pipe Remodeling to renovate two bathrooms in our condo, one a partial renovation and the other a somewhat complicated gut renovation. Brad and Ross were very professional and easy to work with. Their planning process laid the groundwork for everything to go smoothly, and their budgeting was incredibly organized and transparent. We were out of state during the work, and they went above and beyond to keep in touch. They dealt graciously and resourcefully with the quirks of our building and our unit, and the results are beautiful.
