Kitchen, Bathroom & Basement Remodel

Project Year: 2026
Project Cost: Under $100K-$150K

We transformed the kitchen, basement, and upstairs bathroom, delivering meaningful aesthetic and functional upgrades while staying within the original budget. Through strong collaboration with the homeowners and a clear focus on value engineering, we carefully balanced design, functionality, budget, and timeline to achieve high-impact results throughout the home.

In the kitchen, we replaced the countertops, installed new cabinet doors and hardware, added a new backsplash, and painted throughout. By reusing the existing cabinet boxes, we were able to significantly reduce costs without sacrificing quality—an intentional value-engineering decision. Despite the challenges of working in a 100-year-old home with uneven floors and walls, the finished space feels seamless and refreshed. The entryway was also revitalized with a custom accent wall, creating a warm and welcoming first impression.

The basement was transformed into a comfortable, fully functional living area by enclosing the mechanical room and defining new laundry, storage, and flex spaces. New carpeting, improved heating, painted ceilings, new basement windows, and updated side and front doors helped create a cohesive, inviting environment.

Upstairs, the bathroom received a complete aesthetic upgrade with a new vanity and toilet, a reglazed tub, a new tile surround, fresh paint, and custom storage solutions. As with every phase of the project, thoughtful planning and collaboration ensured the space was both beautiful and practical while remaining aligned with the original estimate.
