Whole Home Remodel
Project Cost: $150k-$175k
This remodeling project focused on modernizing the home’s main floor and upstairs bathroom through strategic floor plan changes, updated finishes, and value-driven design solutions. The primary objectives included creating a more functional kitchen layout, improving daily usability, and updating the home with durable, cohesive finishes throughout.
The project began with the demolition of existing kitchen and bathroom components, flooring, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and select interior walls. MEP lines were modified as needed to support the newly designed layout. Through careful value engineering and collaboration with the homeowners, we reconfigured the floor plan to create a more open and efficient main floor while incorporating a new combined laundry and bathroom area.
The kitchen was renovated with new prefabricated cabinetry, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, updated sink and faucet fixtures, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main floor. Finishing details included updated hardware, paint, and trim touchups to create a cohesive and modern appearance.
Upstairs, the bathroom was completely transformed with the addition of a new partition wall to create a walk-in closet and improve space functionality. The new bathroom featured a fully tiled custom shower with glass doors, a new vanity, toilet, updated fixtures, and new flooring throughout.
By utilizing proactive project management and value engineering throughout construction, the project successfully balanced budget-conscious decision-making with high-quality finishes and thoughtful design improvements. The completed renovation significantly enhanced the home’s functionality, aesthetics, and long-term value while delivering a more practical and updated living environment for the homeowners.
